It was late Saturday afternoon and I was planning dinner for Sunday, I was lookiing in my freezer and saw a nice roast and thought that sounds good a nice one pot meal and I can put in the slow cooker early morning and not worry about anything else.  I have potatoes, celery, onions but noticed no carrots, and I have to have carrots in my pot roast. I only live 3 miles from a Walmart, so I dashed out the door to go get my carrots.  I got to Walmart and saw all the Easter decorations and I saw a nice wreath for spring and some cute things for my grandson and checked my self out , A long story short,  on my way home excited about the wreath and little things for grandson's Easter basket I realized I forgot the carrots....LOL!!!   I went back and got them...

Have you ever did anything silly like that????

The Easter Bunny is distracting...LOL!

I always take a list......but I have to admit, sometimes I have gone to the WRONG grocery store.......

I did the same thing last month. 

Went out to grocery shop, but was thinking about something I wanted at another store.  My brain went onto automatic pilot as I drove.

Next thing I know, I'm in the parking lot of the "other store".  LOL

Yes, at least twice we've done that.  Now it's go from room to room, or upstairs to downstairs, and the thought can be done.  We're easily distracted, LOL.

I make a list, but sometimes leave it at home. 😟

@happilyretiredgirl  No. I make a list when I have several things. If all I went there for was carrots...I would never forget the carrots. I might be concerned if you forgot the one thing you went there for....distracted or not.  Concerning....

Many times but I always take a list.  I just have to remember where I put the list!!!
