Re: Have You Noticed Any Difference Since Time Change 1 Hour?

My dog's internal clock says it is time eat - 5 pm is dinner time.  It is only 4:27 here and getting dark, he is getting concerned.

Oh goodness @DiAnne I so agree with this.  I so miss my furball who always knew exactly what time it was and never hesitated to remind me whatever the timezone . . . Heart

Ok, so it's abot 435 where I live, and sliding into darkness...

Even though I do like some aspects of this (as I wrote in my other post),

I cheer myself up by saying, "it's only for a couple of months."  Usually in mid-January, I can see a tiny change and it starts to get dark less earlier.

My two dogs are on a schedule.  They eat, take potty breaks and go for walks at the same time each day.  One dogs takes med 3x a day at the same time.

They have been barking and carrying on all day long.  They do this every year when we go back to EST.  it's amazing how good their internal clocks are.

Yes, why yes I have.  I'm exhausted.  Both falling back and springing ahead twists me up for a few days.  I have a sinkful of dinner dishes, will get those done and hopefully be in bed sooner rather than later - oh my!

I really don't like the time change in Spring, but this one doesn't bother me.

No, the time change never bothered me sleep wise, except I hate when it gets dark early (too doom and gloomy). Last night I changed the clocks at midnight and stayed up till 230 AM (by the clock change).

My husband on the other hand, is always bothered by the time change, especially when we lose an hour in Spring. (And I never understand why, but I hear other people saying the same).

It seems so much later.  I don't go by clocks, don't pay any attention except to watch my TV shows.  My one clock I use on the wall is battery operated and I just realized I haven't changed it.

Like I said....it seems so much later than 5:34 EST time!

@Annabellethecat66, my bolding...it is later than you think! LOL. Happens to me all the time.

The time changes messes with my sleep schedule.

I don't like how late it stays light in the summer, but I think it's ridiculous that it's pitch dark out at 4:30 in the afternoon in the winter.
