Have You Found A Password Book With Index Tabs Like A Reg. Addrs. Book?

I really need one of these as do so much online. Mostly want so my son can pay my bills & do banking if I were hospitalized or worst. Looked on Amazon & Ebay. Maybe just another address book. dedicated to web addys and info. is my best course. Many are tiny, and my vision is not great some days, and don't write tiny either. I am doing fine recalling the pswds., & kept on index cards. But I want to be organized so he could take the book with him if nec. I will keep in a safe place. Any suggestions?
