I've read in several places that if you don't have your inhaler around, a dose of honey can really help with a mild asthma attack. Usually about a tablespoon, if I recall.
This afternoon, I was doing the asthma cough thing for about half an hour and I didn't want to use the strong inhaler so I tried a heaping teaspoon of honey. Almost immediately, the coughing stopped.
There are references to honey for asthma all over the net, but I was wondering if anyone else here had tried honey with some success?
