I'm really ticked, I ordered NN pillows on Dec 30. As of Thurs, Jan 6, they were still in process. I tried to cancel online. Wouldn't take it. Said try again later. Tried Fri, Jan 7. Still wouldn't let me & still in process. Called CS. They said because it comes directly from the vendor, they would try. (heard that before). Anyway, status now is cancel pending (joke). Got email today items have shipped with UPS tracking.
Went to UPS website, put in tracking number, said label printed but UPS has not received package for shipment yet.
I have ordered NN before & received them in 4-5 days.
Of course holiday was used for possible excuse by CS. Yet I have received other NN items on Jan 6 ordered the same time as the pillows.
It has been 11 days & UPS still has not received items for shipment. Ugh!!!
Am I within my rights to refuse delivery & get my refund that way from Q or do you think Q will send it back to me? And will UPS take it back if I refuse delivery?
Anyone? Thanks, guys. Appreciate it.
