Purple has and continues to be my favorite color. Not just any purple but deep purple. I don’t decorate with it but I do have a deep purple MK purse and my iPhone case is deep purple as well.

Was always partial to blue, but DH doesn't like it. He likes deeper green shades. I no longer use blue for home decor. For clothing, I like teal, eggplant and forest green.

Yes, I used to wear tons of pink shirts and probably black was my 2nd fave.
Love more blue now and 2nd fave color is grey for clothing.

Blue (light) as a child and as life went on also attracted to white with lavender, purples ....still attracted to light blue but now white has also been a favorite for many years of my life.. I wear mostly neutrals (white when appropriate also black/taupe). I do this mostly because it is professional and appropriately dressed so I can concentrate on my life and not my clothes...functional but appealing to my way of life. (I'm also attracted to selective ethnic type clothing at times usually white with accent embroidery) So my favorite colors are not what you would usually see me wearing and my home is painted in soft peaceful shades of light warm taupey colors. Often clothing colors and shades of our walls have nothing to do with our favorite colors.

Green has always been my favorite from childhood with purple a close second.
Pink was mom’s favorite and after she died, I found myself buying lots of pink.
Also as I’ve gotten older, I wear more gray than black.
Looking in my closet, I have mainly blues.
Go figure!!

I've always liked earth tones for home decor, brown, gold, green, burgundy, rust, and I still do.although, I do like pastels and cream for the bedroom. I like neutral colors like black, white, ivory, beige and charcoal grey for apparel. I guess I really don't have one favorite color, never have.

Favorite color has always been blue, still like it, but I like brown now too, and there was a time I would never even think of weraing brown, as I thought it was drab. I've realized I don't look bad in it like I always thought.
I use to wear pink, I don't wear it at anymore for some reason. Just do not care for it at all, I loved all shades of it years ago.
Interesting question, @Desert Lily

@Desert Lily wrote:Since I was a child blue has been my favorite color, but I noticed that's been slowly changing the last couple years. For decades I've been drawn to blue in my wardrobe and it was always the color I'd choose most often from options, but that's not so anymore. I have gray, cream & shades of off-white, blues & shades of aqua that decorate my home, but I'm growing tired of so many blues in my wardrobe and it's not the most appealing color to me very often now. I'm not sure what has happened, but I'm more drawn to neutrals and a greenish blue lately. Has your favorite color evolved or changed?
Yellow has always been my favorite color. I love wearing yellow. I love earth tones in my wardrobe. I love florals. The florals usually have some yellow.![]()

Great question @Desert Lily. My favorite color has always been white... but so often, people would tell me that white is not a color... it’s the absence of color ... so I began to choose purple as my favorite color.
I didn’t really listen to anyone else after all because I decorate in whites, creams and metallics... although my bedroom has always been purple... usually with grey ....and a metallic hue mixed in for a little bling.
