I had a wonderful day today in spite of the heat.  These Sage capsules are a godsend. It's also helping my cognitive/ recall. I don't know what the heck in the world is going on in the Forum but pretty sure I don't want to get involved LOL I'll wait till tomorrow too share my makeup look. Hubby said I looked classy 🥰  Right now I'm too pooped to pop.
