Has anyone used "Bill me Later" and if so, is there a benefit or drawback?

My husband paid off the q card and credit cards and there is something I really would like to order. Usually, I order small items and pay cash. But, this is around a hundred. Has anyone used the Bill me later option and if so, explain it to me.....All that reading of conditions makes my head hurt. Thanks.....
