Has anyone started their shopping for NEXT year yet?

I'm really kind of kidding I love starting this thread every year. I pretty much shop all year round, but haven't done any after Christmas shopping this year. BUT, a friend of mine loved what I gave her this year and I found a companion piece on the 24th so I went ahead and bought it for next year.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
