You can go to Amazon and have a live chat to confirm. I got an email from them about something I ordered that is possibly on a recall list. They gave a phone number to call and it was definitely not the phone # for this company but a phone # for a debt consolidation company as I checked before calling. So I had a live chat with A CS person and it was a real email but the wrong phone # was accidently included.

Anything that has a downloaded survey usually is a scam to get info or give your PC a virus.
