Has anyone else noticed a slow down in their mail arrival time?

My mail used to always get here by 12:30 at the very latest and now its all over the place. it throws me off so bad! I thought maybe it was jsut the my mail lady was on vacation or routes got switched or something but I have talked to others who live in different states and they have said its happening to them too.

Anyone here having this problem?
