Just curious. I know it's not their fault, and I know there is nothing they can do. I just thought maybe if enough people called, QVC would put a tutorial or something on the site, and address our concerns. I thought about it, but I didn't. They have to know we're not "hunky-dory" with all of these changes and "improvements." And yes, I put "improvements" in quotes for a reason! ![]()

QVC Customer Service has nothing to do with the forums.
Calling would be a waste of time.
You are better off going to their Facebook Page or Twitter Feed as the Social Team there is probably more in touch with what is going on here.

There's a Suggestion Box at the bottom of the Forums list. They said to post your suggestion/problem there and they would get back to you.
