I have not but last weekend I went to lunch with some former colleagues, and one of them had on a top that I absolutely loved. She purchased from Temu, she enjoys getting items from them and has had no problems. She did mention that on certain clothing items you should order up a size.

in Thailand the clothing stores cater to tiny Asian people. Western tourists have a hard time buying off the rack. They think we are huge and say things like that in Thai. 😂

I don't understand where people get the idea that Amazon is teaming up with Temu and Shein.

Amazon is trying to take them on. In other words the competition is on!!!

Exactly!  Amazon "Haul" is all Amazon.  It has nothing to do with Temu or Shein.  Merely competing with them, not partnering with them!

I was also perplexed!  Every single news article about this clearly states that Amazon is competing, not partnering!

Very odd that it could be interpreted differently!  Where could that misinterpretation come from.

Re: Has anyone bought anything from Temu?

i have made many purchases and have had no issues.  I especially love their tops, they're a nice fabric and the colors are vibrant.  Their jewelry is also inexpensive for some really good items, I am truly amazed at the quality of the jewelry products i've purchased for less than $5.

Also, I bought a very nice leather wallet.  I show my friends and say, guess how much..they say 40-$50.  Nope, $6.98.  Nice supple leather.

I would say go directly to their website and not use an app.

No, I don't want to give my credit card to China. Just my opinion.

I have not but DD and DDIL have ordered from SHEIN and have had no problems.  They order clothes for their kids and themselves, the clothes I've seen they are as nice as what comes from Target or Walmart.

Re: Has anyone bought anything from Temu?

I have caved and ordered several times from Temu. I had a problem once - with an order I didn't receive. They creditied me immediately for the order - PLUS $5. And, they said that if the order comes, keep it. My only problem is that I reordered some of the things and then the original order came.

I have ordered many dog sweaters and dog beds. I have many tops and watches. I TRY not to open the emails, because, even if it is cheap, I really don't need all of the things I am getting. But, I do order and have had much good luck and the quality of most things has been great.
