Has QVC changed their policy in regards to a TSV?

I purchased the exact same Vionic TSV that is being offered today on 8/8/20 for $109.96. The TSV is being offered today for $77.00. I signed into the live chat mode to request  a price adjustment and was told that these are only offered within the first 30 days of a purchase.

I was under the assumption that the TSV price was supposed to be the lowest price offered for a six month period.

Yes, I am really annoyed right now!

@icezeus.  I'm not sure the mods will see your question but it's a valid one.  Contact them at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and ask again.  Let us know.

I agree with the six month offer.  I would contact CS

Hope they give you a refund for the difference!

I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend, til death, your right to say it

I thought it was the One Time Only Values that had the six month stipulation.

Re: Has QVC changed their policy in regards to a TSV?

The same thing happened to me - I think it was last summer.  I bought 4 pairs of Denim and Co. shorts that were a TSV on the main channel.  Then like months later, they were a Big Deal on QVC2 at a much lower price.  Kind of made me mad.  Why should anyone trust that the TSV is the best price they will give you when they have a mass quantity, and then they go even lower in price, when they still have a healthy supply because they did not sell out the first time?

Re: Has QVC changed their policy in regards to a TSV?

This is just one of the many things that have changed at QVC over the last few years. Similar has happened to me and yes it is irritating. Over past couple weeks I’ve had a total of approximately $50 in price adjustments credited to me because I was on the ball and caught the price reductions. Imagine they have a large overstock of these boots and figure only way to offload them is to drastically reduce the price.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have been out running errands but I will e-mail them now.

Stores and online sites have sales and lower and raise prices all the time.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
