Now that you mention it - Several days ago I got a package from QVC that was this (really pretty hideous) kind of bag that's orange and white stripes.  It's not like a handbag but like more of a utility-type bag  made of some kind of canvasy vinyl or something..

 

There was no invoice and I don't have any orders out.  I actually put it away for the time being, because I was in the middle of all that Thanksgiving week of work and forgot about it until just now. I need to find out what the dealio is.

Do you have a QCard?  The tote you described sounds like it may be the Happy Birthday offer that is currently being sent to eligible QCard customers.
