A photo released by Meghan shows Harry holding Lilibet on a boat. Sadly, they were breaking California law which requires any child under thirteen to wear a life preserver vest  while in a moving boat. Lilibet did not have a life vest on. Possibly the boat was not moving but if it was me, I would make sure my child was wearing a life vest even if the boat was not moving.

@chessylady  As a boat owner, when I saw this picture I noticed it right away! This is unacceptable and I was surprised the picture was shared on social media. Whether or not the boat was underway doesn't matter. Anywhere near the water (obvious it's open water) or on a dock, small children should have a life vest on. They're going to get a lot of grief about this, as they should. Also, who owns the boat? The boat owner is also responsible for ensuring children are wearing life vests. Even when the boat isn't moving.

He looks like he's sitting on a lounge on the beach.  They never show the child's face so photos are useless.  Why do they bother?

When there are flattering photos of Harry, Megan and the kids, people here  rip them apart,  and say they are AI or doctored photos.  Photos of this family here are on,y meant to incite, never compliment.  JMHO.  

as far as the life jacket  that is correct. Under no circumstances should any child be without, like a car seat. I have had family post photos of their baby without on paddle boat in dock, and they never heard the end of it.  Next photo we saw child was puffed up in life jacket. lol as shoukd be.  Although they had one on, took it off when they docked. 
but, as for this family.... they can't win for loosing, not here anyway. Tomorrow this thread will have 150 posts, negative

Sadly, Meghan and Harry get villainized no matter what they do.  If I were in their position, I wouldn't show my children's faces either.  Many other celebrities do the same and aren't criticized.

Maybe the boat is not moving.  They might just be sitting in it.
