Some people need to learn how to tolerate differing opinions.  People can and do disagree about things; we won't always agree on everything so why not just agree to disagree on posts that you find distasteful.

I have no idea why people get so defensive over Harry and his wife.

Absolutely. As you say, people have different opinions, as they should. 

On this subject, the defensiveness, goes both ways, and it does get rather silly

@stevieb   It does sound as if Meghan is trying to run after the Hollywood crowd.  Move to L.A., follow the big names to the Costwolds,   I guess she still needs acceptance.  

She certainly has it all figured out.
