I understand why the season was cancelled.

I sure will miss Saturday football, though!

I wonder if the TV stations will show last years' games?

My husband listens to sports radio and they are saying the NFL is going to swoop in IF they play this year.

I'm irritated enough that basketball and baseball are being played. We can't get ourselves together with tests but these players and sometimes their families, are being tested endlessly.

I think there's some good coming out of this.

These are billion dollar industries not functioning because of the pandemic. It may make it easier for people to wear masks and social distance.

It also puts and/or keeps a good number of people on unemployment.

Someday, when scientists discover the center of the Universe....some people will be disappointed it is not them.

It's very unfortunate, because I think sports is something that unites us. We can connect with people who have different views from us when we are cheering on the same team.

So, no I am not "happy" about it. But, I do understand how challenging it would be to procede safely, and I am not questioning this decision at all.

I feel bad for everyone involved...I feel bad for all of us! I'm just grateful that we're now retired and don't have kids in school or college anymore.

My son went to a big 10 university and football is a way of life there in the fall semester!

I heard this morning most of the school presidents voted to cancel. NCAA as usual is without good leadership.

NFL is doomed if they don’t use some form of bubble, like NBA or NHL - just look at the MLB mess.
