Many years back when we got the paper delivered, there use to be a little cartoon that showed two children and at the bottom, it always said, "happiness is           " and there would be a new one each day.  A lot were with forgiveness intended.  

Like Happiness is never having to say you're sorry.  

I miss the Sunday papers that use to show the brides.  From some far out reaches the other day, that memory came back to me.  

Today, how would you fill in, "Happiness is....................."?

Happiness is a day off from work, staying home with DH, no place we need to be and nothing pressing that needs to be done, good snacks to eat, interesting shows to  watch on TV, and most importantly, just sharing each other's company!

Happiness is being pain free and knowing that all whom you love are pain free too........

Happiness is knowing all people goes to sleep at night with full stomach, in a warm bed, feel safe, and look forward to the next day.

I remember those cartoons!  I think they inspired the "precious moments" giftware line.

Happiness is everything...wake up early, walk the dog, everyone is healthy and as much as I many days don't want to go.....enjoing my day at work with my peeps. 

(going to the beach or skiing would probably be before work but my peeps aren't there!)
