Is this how one should treat their MU artist?

I saw that. That was really abrasive.

She knew she was "on the air". I really like Hannah Storm, she's great at what she does.

That made her look so mean...I was shocked at how she treated her MU artist.

That was quite the strong arm move. I don't think she knew she was on camera until after she did that.

Wondering why the makeup artist touched her up on-air, unless she didn't realize that they were.

I had to check out the link because I had no idea who she is.

Talking on camera requires precision and enormous concentration .... and for someone to be in your face (for whatever reason) would definitely evoke a ""protective"" response from most people.

WHAT was that makeup artist thinking?

Well, yeahhhhhh. The makeup artist should have been aware of the timing, she should have been able to judge if she had enough to time to do the touch up. Doing it while the reporter was on air wouldn't have been a GOOD thing. Of course Hannah did the right thing. What was the alternative? Get her face powdered while the viewers watched?????

I thought it was funny, think it came off looking worse than it was. Jimmy Fallon joked about it last night. The MU artist should have known better when she was just about to go on air, and she was trying to compose herself. She could be playing football with that stiff arm move. {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

It did look rather rude on the face of it but I don't think she was trying to be mean, per se, just trying to get the makeup artist out of the shot as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, it wasn't quickly enough. Smiley Happy
