We haven't had ANY trick-or-treaters for years.

We had a huge number of kids this year, Much more than the pre-COVID days..I bought plenty but still had one large bag of Snickers left...an Army-Navy store here is collecting extra Halloween candy and using them in care packages to send to troops for Veterans Day, which is next week. I was delighted to give them the candy so DH and I wouldn't eat it, and some soldierboys abroad will get to enjoy it. Win-win!

I purchased too much, only had 18 trick or treaters. Had more than that  during Covid.
