Actually it's the Senate that has already approved it.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

My reporter said what I typed.  Perhaps he mis-spoke....or is correct.

Not my fight - just stop this nutty time changing thing.

Guess the US feels they are special enoght to pick which time zone they want to use.

So are they going to make those places that do not currently change their time, adhere to this?

Someday, when scientists discover the center of the Universe....some people will be disappointed it is not them.

What is there to change? I'm sure we will stay where we are now. Three hours behind the east coast and 1 hour ahead of California.nothing to change for us in Arizona.

@fthunt - I'm not fighting. Simple google search.  And I'd also heard earlier today that it was the Senate that had voted on it.  It passed by unanimous consent.

Doesn't concern me, but I've been reading that DST is more economic and Eastern Standard Time is healthier for our bodies and minds. Seems like being inconvienced is a very American issue. No matter the decision, good luck everyone.

Glory, hallelujah!

The cosmos and I are almost breathing a sigh of relief.  Let the madness stop.  We know that it no longer serves its original purpose, and we can move forward.

It took a minute, didn't it?

[Just pick one.  I won't quibble.]

if standard time is healthier for our bodies and minds wouldn't that in the long run be more economical

I choose standard time
