Half Staff Flags: Until 8/8 (Thurs)

As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible acts
of violence perpetrated on Aug 3, 2019, in El Paso, and
on Aug 4, 2019, in Dayton, a President’s Proclamation 
has been made to immediately lower all American Flags 
to Half-Staff until sunset, Aug 8, 2019 (Thursday).

This is heartbreaking and frightening. This is the new norm in this country, and I am so sad.
