Hairdressers - what do YOU want as a "holiday gift"

I go to my hairdresser every four weeks and pay a tip of more than 20 percent each time. I know a lot of people have asked here whether a person SHOULD get their hairdresser a Christmas gift, but I want to know WHAT most hairdressers would like to receive. I was thinking about Philosophy's Holiday Bouquet shower gel, which is less than $20. How many would rather get the extra $20 in tip money? TIA!

ETA: Or would a $20 gift card be more appropriate?
