I got a reply already that they will be sending me a gift certificate to replace the product.

Now I felt bad, I didn't expect a free replacement as I like the cups that were in the box as well as the cones that were supposed to be. I thought well maybe Id get a coupon, period.

And for those asking about is it good, I love it! And NO it doesn't give diarrhea..lol

Don't feel bad shorty. A---you notified them of a manufacturing flaw and B it costs them nothing to give this to you! It is very cheap PR.

When Chobani had their problem with exploding containers I called. They sent me a years supply of coupons for free product. Not only for the variety I had purchased but for all their different varieties. I paused for a bit, but then realized they were keeping me as a customer and it is a win win. I love their yogurt.------I called before it hit the news. I thought I was the only one with the problem.
