So watch your credit card accounts.  Our credit union call us last night and our card was hacked.  We got it stopped and they are issuing us new cards.

The criminals are still active.

@Imaoldhippie   Yep, happened to me last week.  Tried to spend over $700 at Best Buy.  Thankfully I got a notification from the CC company and I cancelled the card immediately.  Now waiting for the new card to arrive.

Good Point!

I got a notice on Saturday that someone tried to access my email account.

So I then checked my bank account and I had to go through security questions before I could access my account.

Rec'd my overnighted new debit card this morning. Someone hit me 3 times in March for youtubeTV $49.99 offer. We have accounts at a credit union as well. Hit hubs credit union for $49.99 -- Bank fraud looking into this but bank security personnel said they are so busy. Changing all passwords and even my lock to computer screen. Watching bank debits weekly now instead of monthly. There's always low lifes hiding in the dark. They walk among us. Too many people with tech skills working from their mom's basement, I guess. Police officer friend said keep doors locked, even on nice days. Try to travel in pairs. Don't be a vulnerable person for parking lot assaults or car jacking. I know - sounds horrible. Not good.

I have not been getting phone calls or emails which is really strange.

I did read online to watch for scammers trying to get info from you so they can file to get your Stimulus money that's coming.

The tellemarketers are still very active. I get at least 4 or 5 calls a day....don't answer but they keep calling. You think they would have better things to do.

I'm guessing that they are upping their game as the crisis worsens.

@Nightowlz  Well said. There's a special place in Haiti for con artists.
