I can now access HSN again.  The problem was on their end, not mine.  Hubs, an IT specialist, said we were fine on our end. Would be nice if HSN would have informed me correctly, instead of saying I had the problem,especially since they had other numerous calls like mine. With other calls, that should have clued them in that something was wrong with their website.
