Maybe this is "old" news to some? I decided to get it together today and package up two items to return to HSN.

There's no return label included!

I guess this means I will be off to USPS Tuesday in order to pay for shipping it back to them!

What a chintzy way to do business. Have I been spoiled by Amazon?

@LTT1. Does Amazon send you return labels?  I have to drive to the ups store and wait in line.

Look back on one of your recent packing slips (for a different item) and use that one. I do that often with no problems.

Go onto HSN website- your account - click on item to start a return or exchange . Either way they do  provide an online  return postage  label that you print out .

If you are exchanging , their online exchange via your account is very quick as they do not wait to  send out   your  new product   instead of the old process  of  receiving your  package first.

Amazon's returns are so automated that no I don't need return labels! 
'Well, especially for clothes, sonetimes I have to screen shot the label, e-mail it to UPS, they print it. But most often they provide a code thst my UPS store scans...and they package it up!

Ebay returns are usually by USPS code also but I am obligated to pack the item, which I certainly don't mind. 
I was just baffled by HSN process but the CSR was very helpful.

If they are doing this as QVC is, i simply do not like it at all.
