HSN letter regarding shipping refunds

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I think this may cut down on those buying fashions, I buy mostly beauty items so Inever bother to return , nor do I pay shipping. Best to reserve purchases now for free shipping days. 

I have not bought from the Q in years, what is their policy on this ?

SHQ has never refunded the OG shipping fee unless defective or wrong item.

I've never returned anything to HSN, that I remember. Maybe one pair of Birkenstocks. I don't shop with them very much.
