HSN is Really Slick

When it comes to using the coupon codes. You'd think they would automatically apply the code but no. So I ordered an item for $75 and saw they had a coupon code. Had to go back and cancel (as lunch would have it, it had not processed yet). I added the item AND the code and it showed the new price but after it processed it didn't add the new price. So had to cancel and go back and order it again. This time it worked.

You can cancel an HSN order anytime before midnight. i've canceled an order after finding a coupon code and then re-ordered using the coupon code. NBD. Today i canceled a beauty item i had on autoship. NBD, email popped up saying my order was being processed and i canceled.

Fail to see how HSN is "Slick".

I fail to see where their slick also. I bought first time , my Ninja Foodi from them,on a special price day, got it love it. Put it on my credit card,all this by phone. Then tried to buy a pair of Berkies, had everything on the computer, even my CC#, but they wouldn't accept my password, which I put in a dozen times, I never had a password with them. So, I never got my shoes, and I will not try to order anything else. It will take you the rest of your life to order anything so I wouldn't even bother to try, all because of a stupid password.

Maybe I'm out of the loop but I don't know many places that automatically apply a coupon code. The only time I've had a code applied was for a site wide sale and in order to get the percentage off, the code was added automatically.
