@sunshine 919 I imagine customer service takes a beating all the time when something like this happenens.remember,they have no control what's in stocks and what's not.im sure you were polite to her,and understand your venting

Same happened to me with HSN...however it was a different item.

I don't think it is unusual now for places trying to keep inventory even with demand, and not warehousing surplus stock if they can avoid it, Sounds like this time that shipment missed the ETA.
