HSN Spendable Cash

I don't shop a lot on HSN and usually when I buy something I keep it. Just recently I returned a couple items and received Spendable Cash for the price of the return shipping label. Does anyone know if that is a normal procedure or something they do randomly? I'm thrilled about it and will use towards my next purchase as they give you a month or two to use it. I couldn't even imagine the Q doing something like that.

Better at many things. Let's see! Customer Service/Free S&H and as the OP mentions, Spendable Cash! Think that's gonna happen here?
