I do not like it either.....if I want to Order I sure as heck am not going to do it over the TV!

i wonder why it happens with some comcast customers but not others? i have never had this problem and the only time i have had problems i have turned in the box and remote and gotten a newer one.....that usually solved whatever issue i had.

I agree sunshine, this has never happened to me and I've had Comcast since 2009.
