HSN RETURN UPDATE

I posted last week how I sent back a return to HSN on the 21st and was still waiting for my return to be posted....

Today...after my fourth call to them..my return is still not back to their warehouse...and is NOT expected back till Monday....thats 20 days....and I have to wait up to 8 more days before its in my account....

In case someone isn't counting....thats an entire MONTH ....and she kept blaming the post office...not them...

I reminded her that when I do a return to the Q...I use the post office and NEVER wait a month for my money...and told her I would NEVER be ordering from HSN again..EVER...

YES....I am angry....VERY angry....
