I use a shipping app called pirate ship. They have discounted shipping rates. I bought an expensive postal scale from Amazon to weigh the packages. I weigh and measure the packages. Then print the label after I have entered Qvc‘s address into the app. This has always been a cheaper way to return items for me.

I sent a gift and asked HSN what if the person didn,t like it.  I  was told the person would have to open an account with them to get credit.

Now this person like many people don,t want to put their CC online.

These shopping networks are getting out of hand and should lose a lot of business.  

The 10% discount the Q offers is very hard to get.  It won,t accept the code.  I,ve had to have CS do it and it didn,t work for them either.
