Well, RETURN Labels.... they are becoming an incentive to the PAST!! Live and learn, unfortuatelyfor the consumer, the loss of labels will greatly influence the success and or failure of programs like OVC and HSN.... my example...
I bought , on HSN, a STAUB COOKPIECE, BEAUTIFUL... WITH TAX AND ALL, A TSV PRICE COST ME $183.00. I just knew that my Italian Nonna would love it.... well she did when I showed it to her. It was her Christmas present for this year and wanted her to see it to make sure it met her needs in her very busy kitchen... Yes she loved it, but said it was too heavy a piece for her to hold or handle and felt she just would not be able to use it as it was intended to be used. So... yesterday, I packed it up, and noted there was no return label. Called HSN CS and was told I would have to send it back on my dime. So I took it to the Mailbox Store, and the cheapest way to mail it back was by Fed Ex. I had the wind blown out of my lungs when they told me the price was nearly $65.00, I was blown away, to mail it back by UPS would have cost $94. So buyers beware!! This will greatly deter my spending on the Q and especially on HSN. Just wanted you to know my experince , happened on Dec 3, 2022!! Happy Holidays!!! MJ

For me it's receiving old, expired, and/or damaged products. I'm through returning things. Unless it's a product I know and use, I won't be ordering. I'm pretty much down to last few things I will buy from them. It isn't worth taking a chance for me.

HSN's return labels are outrageous! They are much more than the Q's. I purchased a neck cream that was supposed to be wonderful; however the scent stunk to high heaven, and it didn't work. The return label for a neck cream was $7.95! I just don't even watch HSN.

You couldn't print a return label from the website?
I would try these two things--
Call suctomer service again. Their advice might be different if you talk to someone else.
Will the item fit in a flat rate box?

Shipping costs are outrageous today. Many online vendors have stopped issuing labels with your order to cut down on unnecessary paper but they are supposed to have an option on the site to print a label on demand. I guess HSN does not but it's wrong. I understand not sending a label because of environmental concerns but a customer should have a way to make a return without paying a fee more than the value of the product. I'd contact consumer affairs. I rarely return anything to QVC so I'm not impacted by the practice too much & I rarely shop HSN. But, the practice is wrong & unfair to the consumer.

Ok, I just looked up Staub on HSN as I'd never heard of them. They are cast iron pieces and outrageously expensive.
The OP said she had to return it "on her dime" and seemed upset about that. Your grandmother didn't like the gift. Why should HSN pay for that return? Oh wait, it was the return label issue. I apologize. I get it now. Don't you have a printer? Printers are relatively inexpensive. Surely you or someone could have printed out a return label for you.

What about the cost with USPS? I bet it's cheaper than Fed Ex and UPS @MILKI .
