HSN Great Customer Service

I just Love HSN, their Sales and Customer Service are great. In December I purchased 2 Falchi Bags for $199.00 each, yesterday they went down to $119 each. I emailed customer service and they credited me $80 each for the bags. Can it get any better than that? HSN really knows how to make me a loyal customer.

Whenever I notice a drop in price within 30 days of purchase, I email CS for a price adjustment. Within a short amount of time, I've received a response.

I agree HSN has excellent CS. Then again, I've had positive interactions with QVC CS, too.
