I jumped on this right away. I've had 8 items sitting in my HSN cart, intended as gifts, and have been reluctant to proceed to purchase due to the total shipping cost. Between a throw blanket deal at Costco recently (bought multiples there too) and today's free shipping at HSN, I'm off to a pretty good start on my Christmas shopping. 🌲 🎁

HSN is also showing sneak-peeks of upcoming TSs which can be purchased now.

I took the opportunity to buy one (so far), with free shipping.

This is the strangest thing I have heard in a long time, I can offer no type of an explanation, I just know it has been 11% for several weeks now, 3% on Electronics.
