I have no trouble getting my money from Top Cashback, wonder why you are, are you asking for it, they dont automatically send it like Rakuten does. You need to request it. They have

My sister didn't realize that, either, and complained to me about not getting her money.  Ha!   Last week I checked to see how things were progressing on recent purchases, and I saw I had $.20 available.  So I had it forwarded to my Paypal account, received it the following day ... and couldn't claim it because Paypal won't forward less than one dollar to your bank account.  LOL
