Re: HSN CUSTOMER SERVICE

@CalMom - What do you mean you can't post something back to QVC in "regular mail"?

I go to the post office with my item in a box - which I did this past week.  I asked for the different rates.  A box can be shipped first class mail, if it doesn't weigh over 13 ounces.  But first class mail does not include any insurance unless you pay extra for it.

It's easy enough to find out what options are available simply by going onto the USPS website and using their calculator to get a price quote.  You don't have to take my or anyone else's word for it, other than the post office's.

And I stand by what I said:  there is no way anyone shipped a package back to QVC for $3.74 unless it was first class (the Priority rates are higher).

Why would you think you can only use first class postage, if it's an envelope???  The website allows you to click on what type of envelope or package you are shipping and you enter destination, size, shape, etc..

I purchase barely anything from them, but when I have had issues, they have been very responsive and have treated me very well. Years ago I too had problems with slow shipping, but they're in line with all but Amazon Prime now. I have decided not to buy shoes that have been in inventory over a whole season or longer. Those have been poorly treated returns for me.

@Miranda1550 - you have to click on the "reply" box inside the post you want to quote.  Not the one at the top of the page.  Once you do that, you'll see "Quote" above the text box in the upper right-hand corner.  Click on that and it will copy the reply you're trying to quote into the box for you.

I always make sure I position the cursor after the quoted bit (below the line down the left-hand side) to make it less confusing, before I add my reply.
