It was hot in the Bay Area for months and months! Awful. Where was the good old SF fog, we wondered.
And then, within mere days, it seems we almost bypassed Fall and went straight to Winter.
Early morning today we had RAIN, thunder storms and lightening. Close areas are recording temps in the 30s and 40s.

I am in the Pacific Northwest and it is raining on and off. Not cold - in the mid 50's I think.

Hello there! Well, we'll certainly have our fair share of lousy winter weather soon enough here in RI, but today was glorious! It is still around 60*... a perfect, crisp fall day that I'm trying desperately to hold on to!

It's been a bright and sunny day, temps in the 50's. It's actually supposed to warm up to the mid 60's this week.

I saw a photo of Yellowstone this morning, sorry it can't be copied for everyone, it's on instagram.
They had snow around several waterfalls, it was beautiful!

Hi Noel and Everybody!
Well, we are supposed to get some snow today but I don't see that happening. It's over 40 degrees, even up where I am up to the west toward the mountains.
But it has gotten totally cloudy so maybe some cold air will blow in and move on down the mountains to me. *fingers crossed*
I can still totally see the mountains and it doesn't appear to be snowing up there yet.
I've been enjoying these last several cold nights and cool days. My ideal temps for outside are 30s to 40s. But it's just not as cold as it used to be and we have a lot less winter.
With my luck it will come tomorrow, when I plan to go to the store, and I will have to deal with boneheads who need to NOT be driving in the snow. hehe
