In Ohio here and it's been all over the place. Last week we had low to mid 70's. One day it was nearly 80.
The weekend was chilly but sunny and actually perfect weather for getting outside and working in the yard which is what we did.
Rain is supposed to move in this evening and tomorrow is supposed to be cold and raining but we are supposed to recover for a few days then they are talking about rain mixed with snow over the weekend.

Did I read that you were making Pad Thai today? We love that, especially DH!
Do you use a recipe or just wing it?

We're in central PA where it is cloudy and 54 right now. We had heavy frost this morning. Prediction is for rain before dawn Tuesday and continuing through late Tuesday night. We're not complaining; we need rain and it's better than the white stuff.

Oh, thank you! Winging it was on my mind, I follow a chef who highly recommended a book on flavors, ideas from great chefs on what flavors enhance good food.
I am ordering it for a Christmas present for DD.
