Phoenix:   Forecast rain for tonight and tomorrow night

I live in north Oxnard -- southern Calif. Yesterday was in the 70's, today high 50's. Nights in the 40's. I'm always COLD and layer my clothes. I'm sitting in my house today with a short-sleeved t-shirt, Denim & Co. long-sleeve top over it, light cotton long-sleeve pullover, and a warmer plaid jacket over that. Truth is that I don't own warm clothes since the cold weather doesn't last long. It's also been raining on and off the last couple of days --- so grateful for that as we've had a 5-yr drought.

I also don't have heat since my furnace isn't working.

I'm in your area for the winter.  It was pouring about 15 minutes ago, just when the dog decided he needed to go out:/
