HOW DO YOU STORE ALL YOUR ANDREW LESSMAN VITAMINS?

[ Edited ]

I would love it if Andrew Lessman designed a way to keep 20 supplements for a months use in an easy convinient case.

It is just too much opening all those bottles.

What do you do???

I saw this on Amazon

IT'S GOING TO BE A GREAT DAY!

I agree that opening all those bottles each time you need to take supplements is a bit much.

I used to use something similar to what you are showing, particularly when I travel; however, now all I do is get the "snack" size Ziploc baggies. They measure 6-1/2 inches x 3-1/4 inches.

Once a month I put my daily morning supplements in one bag, and I do the same thing for my evening supplements in another little bag. So, 30 morning bags and 30 evening bags. I put them in one of the smaller drawers in the refrigerator, and each morning I pull out one of each for the day. This way I don't have to think about it for a month; they are already sorted out the way I want to use them.

The little snack baggies are also perfect for splitting the new Secure Replacement Meal bars, as one full bar is equal to two replacement meals. Sometimes I put the other half of the bar in a very small Lock-N-Lock container; just depends upon whether or not I think I will want to put one of the halves in my purse (baggie) or leave on my kitchen counter (LNL container).

Hope this was helpful.

Re: HOW DO YOU STORE ALL YOUR ANDREW LESSMAN VITAMINS?

My solution seems nutty but it works great for me. My bottles are all stored on a rolling cart with 3 shelves. I keep the cart in the pantry but once a month, I roll it out and do my packaging. I use those little plastic cups with lids (similar to what a fast food restaurant would use for individual servings of ketchup, etc.). I line up 30 of those on the counter and go through each vitamin and put one or two of each in those cups. Then when I'm done, the lids go on and I stack the little vitamin cups into little towers - 5 high. They are placed on a shelf in the pantry and they're easy to grab and take to work.

I use these two. The large one for morning and afternoon and the small white one for evening. I have to fill them once a week and I agree it is a pain. I keep the actual bottles in a canvas bag and a very large basket, both in a closet. I don't have a pantry. I'd love to see a container for a month that has 3 times a day!

I've had many over the years for my few meds and several supplements.

My all time favorite pill keeper was purchased at Michael's.  It was in the craft section and is something you'd use to store different types of buttons, glitter or bobbins.

Mine has removable dividers but I leave them all in and it has as many as 18 spaces.  Thankfully, they all look different, and I know what they all are at a glance.  They come in many sizes.

BTW ... if you get a large box like this, keep a few of the little moisture guards ...  the little packets or tiny canisters for moisture absorption.  I keep a few in that pill box, refreshing them now and then.

Honestly, I've never found anything better than the box I bought at Michael's.  Woman Happy

Re: HOW DO YOU STORE ALL YOUR ANDREW LESSMAN VITAMINS?

I just keep mine in a cool dark cabinet in the kitchen. And I have a lot. I don't want to even know how much I spend on his supplements.

I take them all at one time, in the am, with my morning health drink. Delicious.

I just received Andrew's Vein & Circulation and Ceramide. The Vein is so wonderful. My legs were feeling so heavy. I almost feel relief the same day I take them. Everything I take of Andrews, I know works for me.

There's only one thing I returned and can't take. It's his new Meal bars. I returned b/c they were so good, I was eating three and four a day plus all meals. They were too good, and I just can't do all candy-like bars at home. I would gain quickly.

My very most important is Eye Support. I take two a day for decades. Knock on wood, no restrictions on my driver's licenses, no glasses or contacts. I value my eyes as both my mother and brother had macular degeneration.

My young female doctor has very little knowledge on supplements. It seems they're just not interested, only in pharmaceuticals.

Why not just buy a 28 day pill box for $8 at Walmart or Target.

I have 2 of these and use one for mornings and one for nights. Poof! 4 weeks ready to go.
