Two things......without a doubt, they sleep alone and they must live in a warm climate.

 

Oh and I hope the fingernails are that long.  Otherwise, good hygiene is out the window.

I haven't read all the responses but I personally do not like it and I guess close shoes are out of the question for women who chose to wear their toe nails like this.
