@Pink123 @Goldengate8361  I just remembered my top pet peeve that consumes my call to any vendors CS, is what I call, "The Polly Parrot" call!  It takes so long because they repeat every word I say!  After they spend time getting my name and all security measures, PINS and identity questions ...they ask reason for call. This is where it gets dicey.  I state my issue, which takes a minute.  Then this ECHO , like a Parrot repeats everything I say.  I confirm with a yes, that's what I said....and on we go.  Some of this is so unnecessary.  Time consuming.  I am sure it is so outsourced CS agents understand the content of question. This is my number one pet peeve.  My daughter, who was making a call to a CS ,told Agent she was in hurry, and please forgo the repeating of her statements to expedidite the call...she was answered with, " so I am to understand you need to expedite the call and prefer not to have us document your conversation?"   And so it went....
