HELP!

Hi,

Sooo I am new to QVC and just recently purchased a new laptop for school( because mine just crashed). I paid extra for shipping so I would be able to get it before I had to head back to school. I found out yesterday that they have to approve me because I am a new costumer. Does anyone know how long that usually takes ?!
