That's too funny.  I guess I am not the only one with inexperienced cats.  BTW,  I even had a cat a few years ago that even took it to a new level.  I watched him pick up his kibble and carry it over to the washing machine.  He did this several times.  When I went to inspect there were mouse droppings next to the washer.  My cat had been feeding his pet mouse.  A trap took care of the problem.  It was a very well nourished fat mouse that barely fit into the trap.

I had rats in my garage and found out about them when they ate their way through $2,500 worth of wiring in my car.  I have a pest control service and they set up traps in the plastic boxes that they use.  I'd call a service and get them asap.  Several people asked whether I was  using "humane" traps.  After putting out $2,500 to fix my car, I actually didn't care whether or not, the service used napalm in the garage.  I wanted those suckers gone!!

I got a chance to test my electronic traps.  Had visitors in the garage.  The traps work like a charm.  They also chewed thru the insulation on the pipes to the heat pump.  I re-wrapped them and put lots of cayenne pepper on the insulation material.  Not a nibble.  I'd love to see the reaction when they try.

I hope you don't have pets.  They are dangerous for pets.

Gots traps at home depot.  They go into this hole and don't come out.  The whole trap is disposable and you don't have to touch anything.  I found they absolutely love hershey kisses.

My mom always said there is never just 'one' mouse...there will be ''9'' more she said.

Let me tell you....I live in a mid hi-rise and over the winter I saw my first mouse.  Needlesstosay I was beside myself!  My cat thought he had a new friend and wanted to play with him and not kill him.  Me, I was scared of him.  I even slept with the lights on all night because I needed to see when my I put my feet down the mouse wasn't there, too.  I picked up the cat food bowls from the floor and the mouse was gone in a couple of days.  Couldn't find any food to feast on so he left.  I was never so happy.  lol

Re: HELP!!! NEED MICE ADVICE

I dont understand your post, its hot out so your kitty goes out instead of being inside in AC?  Get the old fashioned traps put peanut butter or some type of food and set them out.  When they are dead put on rubber gloves and throw out trap and all.

Could you elaborate on this @TW?  I've read that they ARE NOT dangerous for pets such as cats/dogs.  They may be dangerous for hamsters/gerbils and such.  Please explain what you mean.  I have many electronic devices myself.  I have two dogs who do not seem to be effected by or notice these devices.
