I RETURNED SOME THINGS BACK TO JCP CATALOG ON BLACK FRIDAY. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CREDIT YET. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY HAD A MAJOR GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM ON THAT DAY AND THERE WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY THIS. ITS STRANGE HOW MONEY WAS ABLE TO GO OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BUT NOT COME BACK IN BY THE SAME STORE. I ALSO SPOKE WITH MY BANK AND THEY SAID I SHOULD TRY TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM WITH THE STORE BECAUSE IT COULD TAKE ALONG TIME IF I TRIED TO GO THROUGH MY BANK. BTW, THE STORE TOLD ME IT COULD TAKE 2 WEEKS OR LONGER TO GET MY MONEY BACK, IT'S ALREADY BEEN 2 WEEKS. I AM SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH THE STORE, THEY HAVE BEEN OF NO HELP. I THINK I WILL CALL THE 1-800 NUMBER LIKE I HAD TO DO ABOUT A MONTH AGO. I THINK I AM DONE WITH JCP!!!!!!!
