HAS ANYONE EVER HAD A 'PARANORMAL' EXPERIENCE? - Page 8

I have had 2 experiences, one was a shadow person (i thought my teenage nephew walked from hismom's bedroom into the laundry room until about 5seconds later when i realized he was still in bed & the laundry room door was closed) & the other was an encounter with something evil that forced me to move & i have slept with a light & TV or radio on since then. It's been nearly 25 years.

My nephew took a picture on Alcatraz Island & it looks like there is a 1860's/1870's soldier sitting against a wall in a part of the prison that is of that time period. It could just be matrixing but we both saw the same thing when we looked at the picture. He doesnt need to be pointed out :-)

No, I personally have not. But, this is very interesting. Some of these stories have given me goose bumps! Thanks for sharing ladies!

Yes, quite a few times. I used to work in an old mansion and had experiences that could not be easily explained. Just a few examples:

-Once I was sitting at my desk and behind me there was an open doorway that was a closet. I clearly heard footsteps behind me but no one came around my desk. Anyone that wanted access to the door would have had to pass my desk. I turned around and there was no one there. My co-worker who sat in the corner in a cubicle behind me and the door, looked up and I asked him, "did someone go pass?" He responded, "I caught something out of the corner of my eye and I heard footsteps."

-Another time, I came into the same office and there was child's handprint on the glass door of a balcony(it was behind a plant, not an obvious place). No children were ever in my office. At one time, before my work had moved into this building, there had been a daycare in that office. There were also several times, as I walking down the hallway back to this office that I felt like I should be carrying child (believe me I have no maternal instict, nor any children).

-In another room that was beside my office, we had storage space and the closet door was closed while I was looking for something. I heard nails scratching down the outside of the door. So I shouted, "is someone there?" No one answered. I went out, no one was out there. Just a side note, my former co-worker used to play around and scratch is nails on that door if someone was in there, however, I went to his office and he was sitting at his desk. In this same room, I had taken some pictures on a different day and caught several orbs on camera.

-Several times when my office was on a different floor, I would hear whistling after hours when no one else was around. I also heard the same whistling when I was in the basement. Also, three different doors would rattle and shake at different times, as if there was a big draft. One time something knocked at me from the other side of the door, while it was rattling and shaking.

I am sure there were other things that happened that I dismissed and I never really felt threatened nor did I ever actually see anything but I do know other people had experiences and saw things.

I have also had experiences in my current home as well, doors slamming and footsteps but I have burned sage and that seems to have helped.

First, i want to say that there has been times in my life ,i have asked GOD to let me know certain things, if it was his will, and he has showed me. So this may not be what one would call paranormal, i know GOD will let you know some of the answers to our questions, i have a thing with butterflies, he has used them to lrt me know, my husband mike ,that died is okay. But one of the things that has happened has always bothered me, my son shane was hurt badly in a car accident in 1995, we had a apartment built o to our home, one time when he and i had come home , i whelled him into his apartment, the second we walked into there,i felt a presence,it scared me,i thought some one had broke into the apartment, did not want to scare shane, so tried to think of what to do, he was setting in his chair at that time, to the right of me, i saw a dark figure, black from head to toe, it went from his bedroom to the front room,walked oddly, one foot over the other ,left foot first, then went out the wall in that room, i asked shane did you see that? NO ,HE SAID, i got upset, very upset. Shane died a few months later ,having his left leg amputated, it was the left leg, the figure was using over the right leg.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

These experiences are fascinating to read...I feel that we all probably do have paranormal experiences, from time to time, in varying degrees...some so slight that we just aren't all that aware of them or just brush them off.

However, some of the intense experiences that I have read here are very interesting, and I do believe that there are forces beyond what we know and understand.

Love Roses, I think its best to let others share their experiences. I been traveling out of the USA and learning about all kinds of things in the world. Now, for a while, I will hang out here until I leave again. See you around.
